will a 1hz denso 7a1 injector pump change over with a c37 injector pump

What year is the engine on your truck and what year is the c37 pump from (what year of truck)
There is a good chance it will I need more data though.

the c37 pump is what is on the engine it is a 2003 egr 1hz. the7a1 is the one i want to put on i do not know what year it is but it looks the same

To my knowledge no.
It would involve changing the timing case.

Sorry to highjack an old thread but I'm trying to source an injector pump for my '93 HZJ75 (Aus market) in short order and being such a critical component and costly repair I don't want to cut any corners.

Will this pump work on my rig and should I be concerned about purchasing a remanufactured unit? Seller seems to have great feedback and reviews so it seems safe but thought maybe someone here would have more insight.

I cant see why it wont work.. 2100 sales with a 100% ebay satisfaction rate would satisfy me. There are guys working in injection shops where they do dozens of 1HZ pumps every week. They do them in their sleep. Not having to supply a core is another bonus.
I would ask them where they get their parts from.
