1hz 105 series aluminum radiator in a 1hz 80 series - will it fit?

Hey guys,

Looking for someone who has already traveled this route to chime in:
I have a 1hz 80 series LC with a shot radiator and I am being offered a 1hz 105 series radiator, would it fit? Anybody has any experience with this? The radiator is 4hrs away and I cant go pick it up to see if it fits. Any help is greatly appreciated

I think it would physically fit, but probably isn't quite compatible.

There's a few differences that probably make it a non-starter, but you might want to confirm.

105 series

80 series.

The overall core width is wider. The main connection points look the same width, but the 105 series has additional studs on the sides.

I'd also question whether the shroud would fit properly?
