My goal is to always have at least one of each of these on the shelf at all times; therefore, pumps come with a core charge. If you send me your pump in advance, there is no core charge.

The timing marks will get you close. To fine tune, You’ll need SST 09275-54011. It also helps to have one of these...

so i can remove that bolt and reuse. I was under the impression it was a 1 time use bolt. tks. Now to find a used tool to buy

The tools are still available new and I can supply if you need. A local diesel shop may have something similar that will work. If you’re talking about the plug for where the tool is installed, it’s reusable, it’s only the crush washer that needs replacing.
