Hi all, I've ditched the AC system on my 100 series and wondered if theres a non AC pulley and belt option available, so I can ditch the compressor?

Post pic of your belt diagram (possibly under hood/bonnet).

Just remove the adjusting pulley and run the 90916-02452 belt set for everything else. Easy-peasy.

Trouble is my belt runs around the power heater too as you can see on the right here

You would convert to this....

I think you delete your old tensioner and get this bracket in place of the AC compressor. Not 100% sure though.

Bracket 88431-60260
Belt 99364-31580
& some additional parts.

Ahhhh.... forgot some markets received that heater assembly.

Do what @hoser recommended.
