I am looking for a solid 1FZ-FE engine for the 1997 LX450. Preferably with low to medium miles at a fair price. I live in Idaho and am willing to have it shipped or go pick it up if need be. If I can't find something then I will go ahead with the rebuild.

Thanks Georg. Unfortunately, the last one I had I just shipped to NM. I do have a lot of 80 stuff still. I'm becoming the mad scrapper as winter comes. I have a pile of 60 and 80 metal I'm getting ready to scrap. I've been dumping a lot of plastic and rubber pieces too. It is sad, but I can't save all of this stuff.
I have a 94 1fzfe in RI $750 plus packing/shipping. Ran fine when truck was parked. 180K on the odometer.

Thanks foxfab but I think I will stay with the 95-97 versions for ECU compatibility. Looks more like I will be tearing into the engine this weekend and dropping off at the machine shop on Monday as having difficulty tracking down a drop in at a descent price.
