1999 vs 2000 AC parts?

Hi, I have 1999 100 series that has an AC leak I can’t figure out and now some parts are no longer available (parts hind the dash). I have found a 2000 model that has less miles and still has working AC that is cheap. I would like to buy it as a parts truck, but I wanted to ask if AC parts would still be the same? I would take what I need and then resell the truck but I wanted to ask the great minds here if that is feasible?
