Interesting listing. I have no knowledge of this truck but felt Mud would appreciate it. Someone spent some $ keeping this thing running in this neck of the woods. Is that a frame repair I see? Hmm would never know by those smooth welds.

Remarkable condition for 723K. Not sure I'd pay their asking but someone clearly invested a lot over the years keeping it from succumbing to the salt.
