Looks like a clean truck. What’s the rust situation? Do you have pictures of the undercarriage?

Undercarriage is in great shape, no rust. It spent most of its life in Texas and been in Washington the last 5 years. I can post some pics later today.

Looks fantastic- could you post additional pictures of the exterior and frame? Thanks.

This looks like the best 100 for sale I've seen in a while , I want it but my wife might kill me if I fly to Washington again for another truck =[ Theres another LX that just came up with higher mileage but more fancy off road crap ( and a bit more maintenance) but it's up for well over $20k

Washington and previous Texas truck = good combo for no rust.... You probably got about $9k just in the maintenance + extras list

someone should hop on this quickly. Do you have rear AC, the leak is most likely under the passenger side front door where the AC lines bend around and have that stupid metal guard that collects and holds dirt / moisture

Maybe due for a timing belt / water pump job and she's ready to go another 100k easy

** I see you said serpentine belt, so I figured you needed to do timing belt.

But then I see you said water pump as well

Did you do a timing belt + water pump job or just the accessory ( serpentine ) belt?
