1998 LC Remote fob stopped working

I had a remote start installed last winter to which I was given fobs that replicate the original key functions.

All of a sudden the fob commands stopped working. I went and got the original fob key and it doesnt work either.

Im taking the car to the guy who installed the remote but I am thinking it is something other as the original key fobs wont work either.

The key works manually.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

Replace the battery. 1616 size.

Problem resolved.

I had the windshield replaced last week due to leaking and wet carpets. I'll post some pics on that.

The remote starter antenna sits behind the mirror and they ran the wire for it alongside the windshield. The windshield nshield guys cut the wire. New antenna wire and all is well.
