I may regret this, but I’m looking to pass the keys of my 100 series to its next owner. I miss driving a manual Tacoma, so I’m heading back that way. The Beast has taken my family on several fun adventures and has a lot of life left in her! 10,795 OBO.
This rig was previously owned by a regular ih8mud.com forum member (Utahfj62) who built it up and took really good mechanical care of the rig before I luckily landed it almost 2 years ago.
The Cruiser currently has 262k miles on it with all scheduled maintenance up to date. Doesn’t need a timing belt until 300k miles. Fires right up and drives great. Would love to see this go to a fellow enthusiast. Please text (435.901.5893), PM, or reply with any questions you have! Here are some of the modifications and details.

The Good
Drives tight, shifts well, and doesn’t burn any oil or leak any fluids. All mechanicals still work great (i.e. 4 low, rear locker). No body rust!
The Bad
Temperature switch is finicky. One has to push it pretty hard to change temperatures. Guessing the switch is just worn out. Once it switches over, it blows cold or hot just fine!
Hazard Switch doesn’t seem to work. Passed inspection without it, so I never bothered fixing it. It is a Toyota after all so you won’t be stranded and need it

The Ugly
◦ Front seats have seen better days. Seat heaters still work but seats are pretty worn
◦. Desert pin-stripping on the paint (surface scratches, no deep scratches)
◦. Front and rear bumpers showing some rust. Could use a respray
