Wife lost ALL the keys, so we need to replace the ECU, recut and reprogram a new master. Unless you have an ECU, ignition cylinder and the key - then I'd just have to install those and be done...right?

In my understanding, you should be able to go to dealership with your VIN and ownership and they should be able to make a new set of the keys by your vin number and after program them, there should be no need to replace ECU unless something wrong with it.
