Yes, steering boxes are all the same for LHD US-spec trucks. I no longer have the box from the parts truck, but i do have one from my personal truck which i replaced with brand new one as preventative maintenance. It's in perfect condition, with absolutely zero rust and no leaks. Shipping would be very expensive due to weight. I would need $450 shipped for it.

Hi. I don't think so. I was pretty sure i had that piece, but after looking for half an hour i couldn't find it. There is a chance that it's burried under a mountain of snow, but I won't know until all that snow melts in the spring.

No. The only fender flares i have left are the rear "corner" pieces, and the P.S. quarter panel flare.
