Hello Everyone,
I have decided to sell my 1997 FJ80. We purchased this car new and have service records.
Asking $9,500 - Yes it's that nice, but I'll drop weekly until it sells.
Color: Black with Gray Leather
Mileage: 128,xxx
We ordered with all factory options available in 1997, including factory locking front, center and rear differentials, sun/moon roof, 3rd row seating & a trailer hitch.
Stock except for 285x75x16 tires. No suspension modifications have been made.
Mechanically: The car is perfect. I have just replaced the front and rear brake pads, changed the oil and checked all transmission and differential fluids.
Cosmetically: The car is exceptional for a daily driver with original paint; not show-car perfect, but great shine with no glaring dents or scratches and with NO RUST.
Interior: There is wear on the left side of the steering wheel and on the left-lower portion of the driver's seat.
Please let me know if you would like specific pictures.
Minor issues: The antenna does not raise or lower. Its motor works, but it does not engage the antenna. There is a small ripple in the front bumper from a bump at idle. We pulled it out, but did not bother to professionally straighten. It looks fine now, but could help justify an ARB upgrade!
This Cruiser has never been off-road. I know... ...massive unused potential. Please let me know if you would like pictures of the undercarriage.
I lived in Colorado before, but am now in Coral Gables, FL.
Selling because I just purchased a X5 diesel. Different needs these days...
