Hello All,
I guess chalk this one up to an expensive newbie mistake. I saw a very small oil drip coming from underneath my distributor at the same time I was having a starter problem so I bought both a starter and distributor and had them installed. Naturally I searched the forum AFTER I had the work done and seems I could have just spent few bucks to get the new o-ring gasket. Anyway, I now have the extra distributor that I guess I’ll sell unless anyone thinks I should keep. My rig has 115k miles on it and it was just pulled and replaced this week. Not sure what it is worth. Thanks. Matt.
