I changed my Charcoal Canister with a Autozone VC120 charcoal canister and it solved the issue for normal driving around town. No more pressure, no more smell.

Took the FZJ 80 This past weekend and crawled for about 20 miles in low at no more than 5 mph... Slow going over rough terrain, Started smelling fuel and found constant pressure in the tank.

I'm sure at that slow pace I was just returning boiling fuel to the tank for over an hour.

I checked the VSV ,VCV and check valve they seem to be ok.
I was leaning towards a bad TVV thermal vacuum valve that controls the VCV?
Not sure anything is going to help in that situation.. Maybe the stock canister in perfect condition would have done the same??? Or Not??

I'm looking for a solution ? Any idea's

Check your gas cap and it may need to be replaced. I had a similiar problem and did my emission a month ago and falied the gas cap test. They give you a free cap so on goes the cap and the smell goes away. Technician said most likely the little hole in gas cap was plugged up. All I know is the smell went away

I will try a gas cap and see what happens.
Has anyone ever seen the roll over valve on the of the top gas tank that runs to the evap charcoal canister fail? I'm wondering if the fuel is getting past the rollover valve and saturating the charcoal canister?

Not sure how the charcoal canister could get saturated having a drain on it. Try searching - I disassembled my OEM canister and rebuilt it. The only thing to go bad on the canister is the valves getting clogged.
