Hi everyone I have a major electrics problem going on.

I replaced my start battery a few days ago. Immediately after that it triggered a aftermarket alarm. That was installed at some point. Unable to reset the alarm our find any info on it. I went about making plans to replace it. In the morning I went to start the cruiser. The battery was dead. And the IBS system seems to not be working.

Symptoms

Ran great before sitting over night with alarm running.

Low voltage on gauge cluster not running

14v on scan gauge and gauges when running.

Can be jump started

Any thoughts would be great

What are you asking? If you left the alarm triggered all night, it's going to drain the battery.

If it's the port installed RS3000, I think you're supposed to turn the key to acc or on when attaching a new battery or jumping a dead one. That's what the PO did to mine, anyway, when I jumped it for the test drive and the alarm went off.

Cruiser seemed to have a dead battery in the morning so I jumped it. Now it is at the car alarm place both batteries are charged which is wierd since the house battery should be isolated. cruiser will not start with out a jump. This all came about after the Hawk alarm ran for a evening. No problems prior. Installer says ignition intrup already unhooked previously. Where to start?
