That is an amazing LC. I'm in the market for one, but i'm coming up about 2k short with $8000 being my cutoff... It's funny because I live fairly close to Eugene and got quite excited when I saw "Eugene, OR". Looks to be you reside in Nevada though however.

Good luck on the sale, that's a nice rig. Wish i had a bit more!
