1996 Rodeo alternator replacement

I got the call from my niece and she needs me to replace the alternator on her Isuzu. Just wondering if anyone has done one and if their are any headaches/tricks I should prepare for. Truck is in a parking lot and far from my tools so I want to go prepared.
