NORMAL for all auto AC's. If anyone tells you they see no drop in performance sitting in traffic in 90 degree weather they are BS'ing you. The AC system needs good air flow to cool in hot weather...
If you are seeing a 40-50 degree drop from ambient through the vents/evaporator when moving, and a 30-40 degree drop sitting still you are doing good...
Sitting in traffic, your ambient can easily be + 100 degrees coming off that pavement...
Without some kind of a airflow boost across the condenser / evaporator this is considered normal...
