Winch solenoids need replacing

Just out of curiosity, what are the pods made out of? Do you have a link to a build thread for those? I have not seen anything like that in the 80s before but they look pretty sweet.

They are built on a plywood platform using wood forms and the factory pocket to set shape. Then fiberglassed and coated in LineX. I built them years ago as a one off project
