1995 Land Cruiser (FZJ80) ***SOLD***

I’ve just purchased a 99 Land Cruiser to replace my 95 so it's time for the 80 to go to a new home. Here are the details:

Year: 1995
Color: Black w/ silver trim
Interior: Tan leather
Miles: 127,xxx
Factory locking differentials
Aftermarket CD player with MP3 input & remote. (plays MP3 disks too)
Dual front airbags

Mechanically the truck runs and drives great and almost everything works perfectly (see below for exceptions). I’ve owned this Land Cruiser since 2004 and it’s been my daily driver. Short of some gravel roads and some winter driving it’s had an easy life.

Here is a quick run down on the truck. Since I just bought my 99 Land Cruiser online I tried to take pictures of any problem area on this one in case someone can’t come see it in person. Don’t hesitate to email me with any questions. I can assist with shipping if necessary.

• Runs and drives great.
• Has factory locking differentials
• It’s very clean inside and out
• Low miles for a 15 year old Land Cruiser
• Steering is tight and straight
• The A/C blows nice and cold
  
• The electronics all operates as they should. Cruise control, A/C, sunroof, radio, power windows and mirrors, etc…
• 3 keys including one with remote door locks
• New battery in March
• Excellent brakes
• Good tires (installed at 101K)
• Since I’ve owned it all the front end components have been replaced by Jim at Performance TLC. Wheel bearings, burfields, seals…Jim has also done regular maintenance on it like fluid changes.
• The A/C condenser and compressor were replaced in 2005
• 3rd row seats were removed when I bought it and are still in storage. They are in great condition and will be included with the truck.

ISSUES

• Power antenna does not work. The motor still runs but it sounds like the internal mechanism that raises and lowers the mast is no longer connected…it makes a clicking sound.
• Windshield needs to be reinstalled or replaced. It has a few small rock chips that could probably be fixed but it is leaking during heavy rain so the seal must be letting water through. It's under cover night and day so this has not been a big issue for me but if it were going to be parked outside regularly it should be attended to.

• The truck has a fair share of door dings, scratches, chips and nicks. I tried to take pictures and make notes of all the imperfections so you have an idea of the condition.
• One 2inch bubble of rust has appeared on the left front fender (see pictures) and a little around the bottom of the gas cap.
• The seats are dried out and the leather is cracked badly on the drivers seat. I'm buying seat covers for it but want the condition to be known all the same.
• The speaker on the rear passenger side door does not have a grill on it.

The seats plus all the little stuff it needs is the main reason I'm not asking more.

I thought about buying the new leather from Atlas and fixing all the little stuff but then I realized someone may want to mod this for trail use in which case something like the SOR duck seat covers may make more sense. In the end I just decided to keep the price low and let the next owner do what they wanted to with it.

HWY22 - I lived in Grandview from 1992-2004 and owned a couple of FJ60's during most of that time. It's a great neighborhood and we miss all the great shops and restaurants.

It's supposed to be picked up on Saturday, June 6th and once it's sold I'll post that it's gone. As much interest as it's generated, I'm thinking I should have just left it on Ebay but at least it's going to a mud member who appreciates Land Cruisers.
