Thinking of trading my Jeep Grand Cherokee for a FZJ80. My Jeep has about 160K and I'm the 3rd registered owner but the second owner was the original owners son who registered the vehicle in his name when his dad became too old to drive it. My Jeep has an Iron Rock Offroad Baseline 3.5" lift which I added a rear track bar relocation bracket. I've also added 2 pair of PIAA lights and newer Jeep wrangler wheels with 255/75/17 tires which are about equal to 32" tires with a matching wheel and new tire for a spare. I serviced the trans a couple weeks ago because the cork gasket was starting to leak, I changed the oil 6/18 and flushed the brakes last month. Drives well and doesn't shake on the freeway. At some point someone installed a different amp and Eclipse speakers and I recently upgraded the amp to an Elemental Designs 4 channel and added a PPI 12" sub. It has the 5.3 V8 engine and has a new trailer hitch, I've also added a transfer case and fuel tank skid plate.
The reason I want to trade is it doesn't have the space I need inside. Not too concerned with mileage on the FZJ80 as my last one had 280K+ and drove great but I would prefer to have one with good service records and hopefully a replaced head gasket. I would like a 93-94 as I like the look of the non air bag dash better but anything '93 and newer is fine. Not too concerned with paint condition as long as the body is straight and all the fender flairs are still there.
