Any major services done? Cooling system? Headgasket? Front axle?

The radiator was replaced in the last 2-3 years or so. The only front end axle work was to replace knuckle seals etc under warranty with about 9000 miles on the vehicle. The major services at 30k intervals have all been done by the local Toyota dealer. The head gasket hasn't failed, so hasn't been replaced. Last year the rear oxygen sensor was replaced.
