I have this listed locally as well. I need to sell pretty quick so I can throw my down payment down on the FJC. I paid too much for this vehicle when I bought it 14 months ago and realize I'm going to loose money on the deal, but at the time, I was sick of looking and just bought it as gas prices kept going up.
For sale is a white Honda Civic CX (hatchback) with 147,000 miles. It has an EX 5 speed tranny. the input shaft bearing on the CX tranny was out on it when I bought it and I got the new tranny pretty for a sweet deal. When I put the new tranny in, i did new clutch, pressure plate, etc. It has a K&N air filter and all new plugs, wries, filters all around. It needs two new rear struts that I have and will give to the new owner. The vehicle consistantly gets 38-45 MPG (when driven like an old man). If you drive it like you're 16 years old you will get 32-34. The car needs nothing besides the mentioned and will pass all inspections in any state. I paid $4,100 and have put about 600 bucks in it fixing all the little things that are wrong when buying a used car. I would love to get $3600 for it but am open to offers. This is pretty much this best parts getter ever and will treat you very nicely when the price of gas goes to 3.50 a gallon next summer.
