Hi y’all. My daughter’s 1994 FJ80 is giving me headaches. All of the windows struggled to actuate. We changed all of the regulator assemblies and used a dry silicone lubricant spray in the window tracks and the worked but not as they should. Fast forward 8 months 3 of the 4 aren’t working. Has anyone dealt with this? I’m wondering if it’s possible that the motors aren’t getting enough power. I can’t imagine what would reducing the voltage. Is it possible for a switch or relay to wear out to where it causes a voltage drop? I welcome any input. Thanks in advance everyone.

Replacing the window channel felt/rubber will help a lot.
Even with lube on old rubbers, you still have smooth glass running against smooth rubber. They grip!
Lube is only ever gonna give very temporary relief.
OEM Rubbers are still available new i believe

Definitely replace the window runs it is night and day difference. They are available at several online retailers:

Delta VS OEM 80 window runs

Did you clean the contacts in your drivers door switch panel ?
