1993 FZJ80
230K+, Motor needs to be rebuilt due to cracked/sloppy pistons. It had plenty of power and great oil pressure. Needs Pistons/rings (probably bore out to next size) head was straight and gasket was good, #5 and #6 pistons were cracked. The piston slap would go away after warming up but got worse after 2 or 3 years. It think the PO let the oil get too low. It had great oil pressure by the factory gauge and no metal in the pan. I would recommend a gasket kit and bearings but the head looks great.
Tranny shifts great, recent windshield, all 4 brakes and driver's seat recovered in vinyl. No rust or major dents, typical faded hood and brush scratches. AC was non-op.
Clear Oregon title but had been a theft recovery back in 1994 and had all the VINS stripped. The story checked out, I had two car faxes and talked to a previous owner- Car lot had a lien put on it to get the Oregon title...
