Hi y'all. I'm posting this for a friend. You can reach out to either of us, but it's closer to me and I could get more pictures if you need. Here is the Craigslist ad - 1992 Toyota landcruiser Drive anywhere!

The good -

  • Absolutely NO rust. It's a lifetime New Mexico rig and is dry as your grandpappy's scalp, as they say. Has no rust anywhere. The frame, the wheel wells, the tail gate, shock towers, etc. Cleanest 80 I've seen underneath. Pictures below bear this out.
  • No accidents that I can tell. Straight with very little dings even. There's a small scratch by the right rear tail light, but it's superficial.
  • Very new carpet throughout. Clean and tight.
  • Always maintained, 250k in miles, but major service with timing belt was changed at 200k
  • Very new BFG all-terrains
  • Good, original glass all 'round.
  • Solid, aftermarket front bumper
  • Rebuilt front diff
  • New Radiator
  • Clean carfax
  • Front seat covers made of neoprene come with it.
  • All original with all emissions equipment and such. Interior is complete as well.
The "could be better"

  • my buddy calls the interior an 8/10. The carpet is a 10. But the interior overall is more like a 6.5. Both front seats have torn bolsters in their usual spots. The back seats are in good shape, but the headliner is dirty and the dash has the normal crack right above the instrument cluster.
  • the paint. It's a lifetime new mexico truck. No rust, but all that sun and dryness means oxidized paint. A good waxing could clean it up quite a bit, but it's still oxidized.
  • high miles. 250k is a lot, but it still runs strong and has been serviced. Not many records to support that, though.

Pics to follow! Again, let me know if you have any questions. Reach out to Marcos or myself.

Whoops. Posted in the 60s section.

How do I go about moving this to the 80s section?

It is sold. thanks for the inquiry. Looks like there are some other solid 80s out there.
