SOLD 1/23/2013
Up for sale is my daily driver, 1990 FJ62 with 120k miles. I purchased this LC 2 years ago from the original owner (I have previous title and it matches the owner of record in the Owners Manual, previous owner lived in Georgia, so it is a southern truck its whole life).
All service and repairs have been done by NorthShore Toyota in Covington, LA ( I will supply new owner with the invoices)
It had 103k miles when I purchased it. Since purchase I have added
*OME lift
*FJ40 Steelie Wheels and hubcaps (I have original chrome wheels that will be part of the sale)
*Cool Cruiser Shackles, front and back
*Black Cool Cruiser stock looking bumpers
*Procar reclining bucket seats (purchased from Iron Pig Offroad, I have the original front seats that will be part of the purchase. They are in really good shape, only prob is drivers side has the tear on the vinyl siding)
*At 110k miles I added BFG A/Ts 33x10.5
*Tinted all windows accept front (legal)
This truck is being offered to MUD members first before I go to Ebay at the end of the month. The truck is located in Mandeville LA. I can assist in shipping or if you want to fly in to New Orleans and drive it home I will pick you up at the airport.
Everything in the vehicle works, only issue is the heater, it blows hot but not as hot as it should. Since I am in Louisiana I barely use it so it has not been a priority to fix, A/C (very important down here) works great. The front windshield has a small crack and a couple chips. I believe it to be the original windshield since it has the toyota sticker on it.
On the carfax is shows 1 accident, it was rear ended but repaired. I have had no issues with it. There is no rust on the vehicle, Only thing I would consider doing is a repaint but have not been motivated. Overall paint is in good condition, besides a rub mark on the drivers door, a blotch on the front of the hood (I think it had a bug deflector at one time, and a scratch on the right rear panel by the emblem)
If you have any questions about the vehicle or a MUD reference please contact local members of the Louisiana LandKrewesers (bang bang or speedn3) or Jason at Cruiseryard (He has ridden in the 62).
Asking price for MUD Members is $11,500.
Reason I am selling is to purchase a f-250 tow rig for my 40 (Jose)
