Selling a 90 Cressida, with 62K original miles. I bought this truck from another land cruiser owner last year and have been driving it for nine months. It's a great car but I need to thin my herd a bit. The details......this car is just about perfect. I know of nothing- absolutely nothing- that it needs mechanically. it starts right up and runs perfectly and has tremendous power. Delivers 22 MPG for me in the coldest weather, when I drove it home after the initial purchase it got 26MPG on the interstate. It runs great, handles well, and rides well. Has four new Michelin radials on it, and they're on the factory aluminum wheels. Spare is original and appears to have never been on the ground. The truck is immaculate and has the original jack and tools in their original pouch, neither seem to have ever been used. Car has the original owners manual, too.
It's black with gray leather interior. Body is straight with a few very minor dings. I had the bumper covers professionally repainted. Paint shines like a new car. Glass is perfect, and this thing has a power sunroof that works perfectly and doesn't leak at all. No leaks or wind noises anywhere in this baby. It's solid as a rock no matter what speed you drive. Options? Has almost all of them I think except for a limted slip diff. The factory stereo sounds great and has lots of speakers. Ice cold AC (converted last year to the new gas). Power everything and all work as they should- mirrors, windows, door locks, etc. rear window defogger works great, and the heater is awesome. this thing has climate control- set the temp and let the system keep you comfortable. Has headrests in the front and in the back. Dashboard is perfect and all gauges work as they should. All lights work, as do all accessories- and the wipers have an adjustable intermittent setting. This thing also has a fully functional cruise control.
Transmission (automatic of course) shifts perfectly. Engine is the 7MGE and has tons of power. no leaks anywhere. The previous owner spent a lot of money on this car at a Toyota dealer, it has all new (OEM Toyota) timing belt, belts, all hoses, all filters, and all fluids changed, he had the brakes gone over too and they work flawlessly. This is an absolutely buy it and drive it Cressida. I would not hesitate to jump in this black beauty and drive to California. Carpets, headliner, and interior are perfect except for the few items noted here.
Negatives are few. The drivers seat has a duct tape patch (color matches unbelieveably well) and the passenger front seat has a small hole. The power antenna didn't go down and the electrical connector to it (in the truck) has been disconnected. that's all I know not perfect with this vehicle. Car is locate in northeast PA not far from Rausch Creek, and I have a clear PA title in my name. Price $3000 firm. This is a great low mileage turn key car that will last for years and deliver great performance, comfort, and good gas mileage.
