Alas, the time has come for me to part ways with this wonderful truck that has given us many good memories. Hate to see her go, but I've driven just 5K miles in the last six years so time for a new owner to enjoy her. I have owned this 62 since 2010. She lived her first 14 years in Dallas according to carfax. then was in PA, OH, and NY till 2010 when I picked her up in the DC area. Currently residing in the beautiful Adirondack mountains (come visit!) - close to Lake Placid, NY and not far from Albany, NY and Burlington, VT.

ARB bull bar, older OME suspension (medium, I believe), tuffy center console with alpine cd player, CB radio, WiredWagon headlight harness, second skin sound in front of cab, and additional closed cell foam throughout make a little more comfy ride. I have the original front bumper with end caps, and it is in mint condition. Good interior with usual wear on drivers seat. Repainted at some point and with peeling clear coat in the last couple years. Very presentable though. PS A pillar leaks\seeps - see photos. I took it to a body shop a few years ago where they pulled the windshield, cleaned up the metal, repainted, but she still leaks a little. The water is probably coming in via drip rails, just haven't got to it, yet. 33-10.5-15 KO2's on powder coated rims with <5K miles, including spare. New battery last fall. Original rubber distributor cover and complete (I think) tool kit included.
Starts every time, idles well, stops well, and tracks straight down the highway. Sometimes the starter will grind a smidge when cold or sitting for a while. 4WD hi and low used every year during hunting season.
The "bad".
A/C does not work, and is still on R12. I have a bunch of gaskets, dryer, and other parts I got from the last owner that might be useful in a conversion. I had it charged with R12 a long time ago and it blew cold for about a year.
Door locks need to be serviced\greased. They work, but not consistently.
Here are my service notes from the last six years (pretty sure I forgot at LEAST one oil change in here, but this is what I have documented)
5/20/2019 - replace muffler and tail pipe (167,588)
9/3/2020 - oil change (15W40) (169,375)
June 2021 - New tires 33/10.5/15 BFG KO2. new wheels. Spacers (2)
10/18/2022 - exhaust repair, deleted cat convertors. New Denso O2 sensors. New spark plugs. Oil change.
9/16/24 - new battery (Napa)
11/3/24 - oil\filter change. Rotella triple T 15W-40 (172,463)
