Well, I see other "non-Toyotas" posted here, so thought I would offer my rare car here I need to sell to make way for a Toyota truck....
89' Pontiac Grand Safari - was on ebay - check out for more details! Bid had went to $760, so not asking much more than that.
Item # - 280229628703
Not perfect, but GC for the year model. Excellent to restore! Will soon be a classic! full-size (last year of the Pontiac FS wagon), looks like Caprice Estate/Custom Cruiser/Electra Estate wagon. Has small 307 V8, automatic w/od, loaded, 3-seat (9-passenger) model, good interior, but needs headliner put back up properly, NO rust, good body, dark blue w/woodgrain (chipping on some spots) luggage rack. Needs some TLC and tires. This car has been setting for a couple of years and I recommend going through it with a fine tooth comb. I got it out last week and cleaned it up a little and let it run for about 30-35 minutes. I have discovered that it now has an exhaust leak, which sounds like it is coming from where the new converter was installed. Not loud though.
Would like to find it a good home. Serious inquiries only please.
First photo below was what the car looked like when I bought it in the year 2000. Later photo is more recent. Call/email for more details. I have TONS more photos I can post email if interested.
$875. FIRM !! Located in Bristol, Tennessee (extreme northeast Tennessee)
Will consider trade for automatic Toyota car, Toyota truck or classic car of = value. Which may not be alot for $875 huh?
