This is very, very tough to do, but we recently moved to a house with a smaller garage, and I need to get my daily driver into the garage for the winter.
My parents bought this '89 brand new (see window sticker, I also have the original invoice). I bought it from them in 1996 and moved to California where I drove the truck every day. Since I moved back to the midwest in '04 I have probably driven this rig less than 500 miles, and it has sat in my garage each and every day. It's currently at 191k.
95% of the paint is original, and there are a few minor chips and scratches you would expect. I kept it waxed on a regular basis when I was driving it. It is very straight with a few very small dings that I can point out to you. Body has some minor rust bubbling on the tailgate, see pics, but is very clean otherwise. Interior is original and has the driver seat side bolster tear, and the carpet in the cargo area was damaged when my dad took a leaky battery to the recycler back in the early 90s, hence the mat.
The engine is all original and doesn't use oil. I never had any problems with the transmission but did have the transfer case rebuilt at 175k. We installed a complete OME kit in 2002, which made the truck ride so much nicer.
It could use an exhaust; there is a small hole in the muffler.
