1988 Toyota FJ 62 All original paint, drivetrain, interior, excellent + Condition.
I acquired the vehicle in 2009 from a physician who had purchased the vehicle from the original owner in 1990.
The truck runs perfectly and everything operates as it should. In the past 9 years I have maintained the vehicle with OEM parts.
The good: The entire truck offered, in my opinion the best color, in excellent condition! Original paint, in stock , near mint condition interior with original upholstery and carpet, completely unmodiified, except for new OME shocks, 5 new 80 series steel wheels and 265/16 tires (will substitute the original chrome Steele’s if preferred with the original spare and new 31 x 10.50 BFG A/T’s), a Panasonic CD player, and period correct faux sheepskin seat covers,
The imperfections: 2 minor windshield chips, the have been repaired to prevent spreading and are not in the line of sight, so I preferred to leave the original Toyota glass, a very few minor door dings and touch up’s and a very minor area of corrosion around around the rear glass, and the odometer was replaced at 108k by Toyota in 2001 (federal door stamp and original speedometer is included). I have tried to be as inclusive as possible.
