The time has come for me to sell my project and use the money elsewhere (baby on the way). You can see the start of my buildup here. I have since put a lot more work into it. I have put new H4 conversion lights in with a heavy duty light harness. I also put a disc brake conversion on the rear axle and put chromoly axes in after also doing the wheel bearings.
Some current pics:
List of what I have done:
-Put new Yokohama Geolander H/T 31/10.50's on
-Replaced the idler arm with the the duralast one that SDORI makes the life time bushings for and it the most durable
-Replaced the half axles
-Replace the front calipers with rebuilt ones from NAPA
-Did a tune up with Bosch 4+ platinum plugs and wires
-Replaced the front fenders with aftermarket ones
-Put on new light bezels
-Put an H4 headlight conversion in and a heavy duty harness
-Did the rear disc brake conversion and put in new wheel bearings and used rebuilt calipers and new rotors, also replaced the hard lines
-Replaces the rear window tray and made a cap to replace rusted portion
-Put in a Cobra 18 single din CB radio (in build thread)
What it had when I got it:
-3.4 swap
-EMU heavy rear springs and shocks
-Trail Gear Rear Bumper
-Sway bar removed
-EZ locker in rear diff
What will come with it (lots):
-Addicted off road front bumper
-Two top shift transfer cases
-Marlin dual adapter
-Marlin 23 spline input shaft
-340f auto trans to replace the 340h that is in it
-Solid front axle with everything except one of the knuckles including an open stock third
-set of Truxus M/T 35 tires on steel wheels with around 1,500 miles on them (lot of tread still)
-Side supports for the rear bumper
-Power steering box in need of rebuild (perfect for hydro assist)
-Crossover steering set up from Skye off road including steer arms, bars, links, stabilizer, and power steering box frame support
-Two Marlin triple drilled transfer case flanges
-Possibly a WARN 8274-50 winch that was going to go on it (still want it but it might be able to be negotiated)
That is all I can think of. I really do not want to sell it, but financially it is the smartest thing I can do. Price I am looking for all of it together is $[STRIKE]6,200[/STRIKE] $5600. Price is negotiable, but that is an incredible deal for all that is coming with a full turn-key 3.4 swap. PM me and I will respond with my phone number if you have any questions.
