1987 Landcruiser HJ 60 diesel 5-speed rig originally sold in Canada. Has the 2H 6-cylinder diesel and 24 volt. Like the 3B 4-cylinder predecessors, this has gear-driven cams and an an inline injector pump. Properly imported through a registered importer - I have all paperwork required to title including EPA releases, duty paid, etc. Offering $3500 for the next week or so - or I'll use the drivetrain for a conversion and part the chassis.

The truck starts fine - with a puff of smoke - but doesn't smoke once it's warm (injectors need rebuild). Runs down the road smoothly and does not leak or consume oil. The clutch slave cylinder is failing and requires pumping the clutch in order to shift. Has the vacuum-assist clutch so it could be this is not working properly. In any case, it's not easy to drive around town right now but it should make a road trip without too much drama. I've ordered a new slave and may get it installed this week.

Odometer is not correct - reporting about 160k kilometers but the truck is reported to have about 270k km or under 200k miles. More photos and info at - dieselHead.net - home - or call 206.419.9295 (evenings and weekends). I am in Mercer Island in the Seattle area.
