1986 Turbo Pickup for sale.
130,000 miles, mechanically sound. Just drove it from Bakersfield, CA to Houston with a trailer.
Turbo is still strong, kicks in around 2200 rpm. Runs strong, will do 70 mph on the highway without the turbo kicking in. 5 sp manual, shifts well and synchros feel okay (not perfect). Transfer case shifts easy, 4x4 hi-lo is smooth and clutch is good. Turbo was replaced around 90,000 (I was told, I don't have any paperwork for that) New shocks, full curtis class 3 receiver, and new spare (big deal I know).
Interior is in good shape, seats are all good, floor matts have worn through in a couple places. Small crack in the center of the dash is starting.
Now the bad news... the bed is rusting above the wheel wells on both sides, and the rain gutters are rusting out as well. I have them filled up for now but they probably need some more attention. And the driver side fender is dented up pretty badly. And driver side wheel lock is stiff, still turns and engages, but it needs some help.
A/C works and has been converted to R134.
