The truck passed Denver inspection two years ago and all smog equipment is still hooked up.
The only rust on the truck is one spot below the tailgate glass and two spots bubbling up on the left fender. Otherwise the typical places like quarters and the roof rails are solid. I can take specific pictures if anyone is interested.

The rust in the jambs was cleaned up this summer by sandblasting and applying epoxy primer & seam sealer. The wiring was also cleaned up a bit. I rewired a few connections and removed the unnecessary wiring a few months ago. Much more tidy under the hood now. No driveablity issues with the truck, starts every time on the first bump. I just need something different.
