What is this the asking price for the full lot? How complete is the parts list?

asking price is $800 for the complete car with new fenders, new bib, new floors, new soft top and frame, new floors, new rear tub. rear doors are new, front doors are no rust, winch, LX seats front and back, winch, windshield frame no rust, frame is excellent shape
all the parts have been sanblasted and then use metal seal and then epoxy primered, some parts have been power coated
