Hate to do this but my rare 1982 FJ40 is up for sale. This truck is so original that the door buzzer and the seat belt lights still work. It still has the original Toyota gray mat. Where to start, its got a 4" Old man Emu lift, Kaymar rear bumper with camp light in rear, ARB front bumper with Warn 8247 winch. Original steel split wheels ordered from Canada when they were still available in 16" with 255/85/16's they look sweet. Dual gas tanks with original gas tank cover used for second tank, Brand new alpine stereo with gray tuffy speaker boxes in the back and Tuffy center console in the middle, new Alpine marine speakers upfront. Tuffy seat covers , Optima redtop battery, original dash panel in perfect condition. Brand new Toyota carburetor with vacuum lines installed less than year ago. The Engine took a dump on me a few weeks after I bought the truck so I took it to Mudrak Custom cruisers in Sonoma and he put a new one in that was about three years ago. The truck runs like new. All work on the truck has been done by Mudrak including the lift. I have better pics but not on this computer I'll take some tomorrow and post them up. The truck has a clean title and is currently registered in California. Its my third vehicle so it gets used about four times a month. The truck looks very original and that was my goal when I was building it. Nothing but love went into making this truck and I really hate to see it go. There is probably a ton of info I have forgot but if you are in a market for a an Fj40 definitely check this one out. I also have the original owners manual and I think bill of sale. Only thing wrong with this truck is that the previous owner had put some diamond plating on this truck. Before I bought the truck I made him take them off to make sure there is no rust, well no rust but small holes from where the diamond platting was installed. Besides that very minimal rust including the floor boards. I'll have more pics up even better come by and see it in person. This is not my only Land Cruiser I have a 93 FZJ80 that I mostly use for wheeling, its also all built up. This one is mostly for cruising around town.
