Up for sale is my 1980 HJ45, RHD, factory Diesel. The truck is a clean, rust free 2nd owner truck. The only changes I've made are adding a set of brand new OEM Toyota wheels from a 70 series. I have a matching 70 series spare wheel as well that has never had a tire mounted on it (I can include the white spoked wheels if the new owner would like them as well for free).

The truck also includes a matching metal camper shell that very closely matches Caravan Campers products; The shell has a boat rack on top

Caravan Campers

The truck is very clean and in my opinion the worst spot on the entire truck is a small dime size dent from a jeep axle that I was taking to the machine shop. The axle rolled into the single wall bed and caused a small dent (Detailed Pic below).

Right now the truck is sitting on brand new BFG KM 2's with around 300 miles on them. They are 255/85 r16's (A true 33" tire).

The motor runs well and the transmission shifts smooth. I will also include the Factory service manual for the motor.

I'm asking $13,500.00 If the buyer wishes, I can change out the tires and take some off of the price.

I am only selling to start the next project. I really do love the truck and get constant compliments everywhere I go.

Please do not lowball, or offer trades unless you have a Stroppe prepped Baja Bronco. Then by all means, Lowball, trade, spank, do whatever you need to.

Here's the most recent picture of it (Two weeks ago) on it's way through the Smoke Creek Desert in Northern NV. The Kimberly Kamper and the Honda mini trail are not included.

16" wheels

I just bought a 1982 FJ45 LHD. Best comp on yours as it shows you cared. Can you please tell me where you bought your 16" wheels as in the pictures? i would like to mount the same on mine. Aloha, Edo

16"wheels

cool man, i vm appreciate it. i imagine you like them vs the 15"? i found a good set of 15's but when i saw yours i liked the simplicity of those. Edo

I like the 16's because I can fit the 255-85R16's (A tall skinny tire). It is hard to ind tall narrow mud tires in 15".

Thanks man this is very helpful in making my decision. i did search for the 255/85/16 but cannot find it anywhere. If i were to buy the 15" wheel instead am i close to the true 33" if i choose tires that are 33/9.5/15?

I know BFG KM2's come in that size because the truck had them on in the later photo's. They are no longer listed on Tire Rack's site though. Also Maxxis BigHorns come in the 255/85 size as well.

The truck was delivered to it's new owner today. Thanks Mud.
