1980 FJ40 Value??

I have a 1980 that has the body off the frame & needs a 3/4 tub to fix rust issues. Most of it has been disassembled & now my wife wants to move so I'll be losing my shop come springtime. Trying to decide if it's worth hanging onto until I can get it all put back together or go ahead & sell it in its current condition. Any thoughts on its value as is? Still has original drivetrain & ran fine when we started taking it apart.

Location also helps to determine value. Southwest rust would bring the value way down. Next spring is a long time from now. Still have a shop put it back in running shape. It will make it easy to move if you decide to hang to it or help sell it. More value in running vehicle instead of a bunch of pieces. You act like you know you will not have shop when you move. That's got to hurt.
