I too, had to drill and find the original holes on my 1979.

Last thing I'm going to do is add rear fender badges and front fender badges to the holes there now.:steer:

It wouldn't be complete with out them!! In my honest opinion if they aren't put back on it makes for a half a ss restoration. I mean heck, the poor ole girl needs some lipstick to finish her!!:hillbilly::hillbilly:

OH... I'll tell you my secret to making the brand new window crank springs not squeal like a banshee.

Great progress! I didn't plan on getting anything plated but wow that stuff looks good.

Well worth it. I would do it again in a second. The best part about it is, it only cost $55 to plate all those parts.
