1977 fj45

I'm thinking of selling this truck as I have no time to restore. I'd appreciate thoughts on what price should I list it for?

The frame is in mint condition. The box has no rust. Solid metal, no bondo. Interior - seats need re-upholstering. Needs a clutch. 89,000 original miles. BC truck, now in Eastern Ontario.

1. With a bend like that in the front bumper, it would be reasonable to wonder if the frame is bent.

2. From the lack of bezel and turn signals, I think it safe to assume that the 'color' of the truck is primer. Has the truck been painted, or is it still in primer?

3. Does it run well enough to drive across country?

4. How are the steering, brakes and tires.

All questions a prospective buyer, or even a fellow guessing at a value, would think relevant.

There was one that was in generally the same condition not far from here (actually I think you would be closer). It was listed for $5000, and it stayed listed for a pretty long time. I was interested, tried to finally get in touch, and it seemed the guy finally lost complete interest in the truck, and whole selling thing...never heard back

I got 27 pictures, the truck looks solid, if it was closer to me I would have bought it in an instant. The cab is in real good shape so is the frame and bed. He said he wanted 2500, what a deal. Rusty pieces of Sh..... sell for more on ebay!!!
