Original Donor was a 1977 FJ40 with roughly 100,00 miles, typical extensive rust but with a solid frame
Body/Suspension:
Frame off Restoration; Frame sand blasted and then double powder coated
Vehicle was professionally painted in a non-OEM color of “Fern Green”
Every nut and bolt is either stainless, new yellow zinc or original bolts recoated in Yellow zinc
New PACOL Tub/Firewall and front fenders built specifically for this project using old Toyota tooling in Columbia using modern steel (To assure corrosion resistance, the complete underneath of the new tub and fenders has been professionally Linexed)
Inside of the Fiberglass cap was Linexed in white for sound deadening and improved lighting.
99% of the rubber seals for the hard top, doors and glass are OEM factory (Painstaking research and hunting was required)
