This is a project FJ40, how ever all the hard work has been done. I started to do a full frame off and just haven't had the time to finish it. What's done so far
Engine - all machine work done, chemical dipped and maged to check for cracks (20 over) with brand new pistons and rings
Crank - balanced and polished
Cam - balanced and polished
Updated 2F motor from a 86 FJ60. Still have original motor as well
All other parts have been blasted and repainted
The body is straight with just one spot of rust on the rear quarter panel. Previous owner destroyed the dash and will need to be replaced or redone. I’m guessing that he was going with aftermarket.
The frame has been fully blasted and repainted.
Axles have been blasted and repainted. Front knuckles have been rebuild with oem parts.
Has a full family role cage ($1200) and has frame mounting points (not just the body)
Hard top with rear hatch. 2 sets of glass along with rubber.
Half doors - that need to be finished.
Missing parts -
Front seats and gauge cluster.
Also will need a full wire harness.
The list goes on and on. I am sure there's a ton more that I am missing but please feel free to ask any questions.
