What is stage 3 and how many stages are there?

Stage three is the condition occurring when one pays a relatively low entry fee, for a "rust in usual places" pig, then realizes they h8rust more than they h8anythingelse.

Primary symptom of this diseased stage is the infected's ability to rationalize "doing it right", "while they're in there", justifying each panel cut out during the exploratory phase of deconstruction, purchasing several other Pig carcasses, new bobm metal, to eradicate rust and, best case, result a 6-6.5 or 10 reconstructed body shell.

Stage 4 is merely stage 3, plus the infected's rationalization of worldwide expeditions hunting overpriced, well used parts, resulting in a 7-7.5 of 10 finished product, at exponentially higher rates than when pig was brand new, still well above market value.

Stage 4.5 is all the above, pls mildly equipping with modern accompaniments to daily drive, with symptoms of, literally, pulling hard earned money out of their wallet and throwing it at the pig, while smiling.

Stage 5 is the most severe form of flu porcos, wherein the infected rationalizes the highest entry fee, purchasing truly 'restored' at astounding amounts that defy any and all logic.....to tear down and restore, again.

Many report this stage, as all others, audible voices emanating from deep within the infected's subconscious, goading closer and closer to the pit edge, then convincing the infected to dive into the 'safe' pit, that all others can clearly see is a bottomless tomb. There are many reports that the voices continually convince the individual that the free fall is part of the process, and, during which, the infected feels a 'high' similar to only straight lines of uncut Peruvian flake.

There is no cure for flu porcos.

Stage 1 and 2 are the only known that symptoms can be abated with merely a classified ad.

All others are without hope and the best one can hope for is working through with the assistance of support groups filled with others that are in the final stages of dementia, where there's no judgment passed on the impact the disease has cost, both financially and mentally.
