I've finally decided to ditch the idea of keeping the 1.5F engine and 3 speed tranny and ancillary components. To ensure I comply with forum rules:
I'm in Castle Rock, Colorado ~ 30 min due south of Denver.
I prefer to be contacted via e-mail: homemadesin <at> earthlink.net, which I check nightly.
Prices? How about a broken front bench seat for $0.01?
The rest of the stuff I have no set prices, so please make an offer.
The 1.5F engine is still in the vehicle (not for long), but has the head removed. The head is in good shape, has been hot-tanked, but the valve guides need to be replaced. The valves themselves look suitable for re-grinding. Seats are good.
I could part out engine or sell whole. I did not check compression before tearing it down when I was in re-build mode.
This has the 3 speed on the floor model transmission. I'm not sure who would want one, but I certainly don't. I do want to keep the xfer case, but that is not set in stone in case someone really wanted the combo.
I also don't want the manual steering set-up, intake/header, carb, radiator, etc. It's all going to make way for new stuff eventually.
I can send pics of any item, just ask.
