This bike sat in a barn since 1986. I took it to the bare frame and did a budget build of a classic brit triple. This is not a show bike by any means, the frame and tins are rattlecan, and she has a few leaks here and there. It is a real nice ride, and a real conversation starter.

Choppahead +4" (2" drop) rear bolt on hardtail that was welded on for strength. Took a lot of time to make sure it was true and square.

Brand New Maxxis Classic whitewalls with new tubes. Stock front wheel, Harley Davidson 16" rear laced to a drum brake and a BSA hub, both in used condition. All new wheel bearings.

Rebuilt front caliper and new billet master, with rebuilt internals.

New fork seals and fluid.

All new wiring, using a tympanium unit to eliminate the zenor diode and rectifier. Pos. ground, but can be swapped to neg at the tymp.

3 new coils, with all condensors, all custom mounted under the tank, with the condensors inside the tunnel.
3 new sets of points. I know people say this, but this bike is truely a one or two kick bike when cold.

New valve adjustment and rocker box gaskets.

Headlight from an old toyota FJ40, as well as the rear oil cooler assembly, with a 1 qt extra capacity. Always useful on a british bike.

HD style wraparound santee-type oil tank with the correct brit fittings for rocker feed.

New plugs and wires, NGK.

New rear directionals, no fronts. All wiring goes through the factory switches, directionals, high/low beam, engine kill, tail and brake lights all work.

New seat and springs.

New rubbers.

New dragbars and mounts.

Stainless russell brake line, new.

3 Rebuilt carbs, amals, with new carb rubbers and cross lines. K&N style (brand unknown) filters.

3 into one header system, used, but in great shape.

New fork gaitors

New Battery.

This is not a beginners bike, and will require maintennance and attention as all classic bikes do. Rides straight and shifts well. It is a rigid, so be aware.

She leaks from the rocker box bases right now, but runs and drives fine. Motor was not rebuilt, but does not seem to need it. I put 20 miles on her yesterday, and she did fine, but I would definately get them done. If you are afraid to work on stuff, do not buy this bike.

NEW PRICE, $2300

Have a friend giving me a bonnie in pieces, so this needs to go.

BTT.

this bike has literally been showing up in my dreams the last couple days. please sell it soon

I sooooo want this bike.... wish you were closer, the bike would be hard enough to scrape cash for right now, the shipping would kill it.

Why not try mudship? Certainly someone is going coast to coast in a truck.

I shipped my old 1957 BSA Road Rocket to a guy in Reno from MA. He put it on a regular home moving truck with someone else's stuff from their house. Took about a month to get there but cost him less than $200 and they wrapped it up nice with moving blankets and strapped it upright to the side of the truck. Cheap!!!

I will work with anyone on shipping it.

Lots of interest. No money yet. Buy my bike.

Btt

He sold it to a guy in Florida I believe
