Ok, time to let the project move on to someone else. My garage has been turned into a martial arts dojo for the daughter and the fj got moved outside. I drove the fj home before tearing into it so it did run. The carb needed a rebuild (kit goes with). The tub has seen better days. I was going to just make a hunting buggy/driver out of it. Needs the floors put in ( I have the pans). Looks to be the original 3 speed, engine, and axles. The rear is Lincoln locked. I have a Pertronix module to go with it. It has a new exhaust with a cherry bomb, sounded nice. No top but do have the hard doors. 33" mud tires with great tread but they have some cracking going on.
