40 Project
Some more on this 40. I posted earlier in a hurry.
NO Title for it and I have no idea what it would take to get one. Georgia doesnt require one.
I got this 40 from a previous MUD member. He said he had it running with a Troll Hole carb and noticed a little "wobble" in the fan so he thought it was the key way or key. The timing cover is currently removed and it looks pretty good to me. I have it all to go back on if the buyer wants to see it and repair it. There is NO craburetor and NO rear doors.
This is a Dec 73 Tub. The frame is a different number and I think it is a 75 frame with a 2F. The cruiser is pretty solid with real good old style doors, rockers, fenders, hood, bib ect. The rear fenders have been cut for what looks like flares but was cut neatly. Top is good but it has a sunroof put in it which I'm not crazy about.
The axles according to the PO were from an earlier cruiser. The fronts have some crazy looking hubs. The rear axle feels like it has issues so consider that. The dash looks good.
The heater has been restored and according to the PO it has a new heater core in it.
I'm going to try to sell this as a whole for just a little bit and then it's coming apart probably. I'm off for work for a couple of weeks and I'm trying to restore order to my shop.
If anybody wants this speak up, get your trailer and some cash and come on.
